‘Anonymous’ Warns Comelec: Print Out Receipts to Disable Virus in VCMs

People of the Philippines worried about the possible outcomes in the coming 2016 elections.

Hacktivists group Anonymous called the Commission on Elections attention particularly Chairman Bautista to print out voting receipts in which they refused to comply even after its approval from the supreme court.
